ARB Slide Out Kitchen

Got a dual-cab ute or looking for a kitchen solution for a camper trailer? You can literally take the kitchen sink with you thanks to the ARB Slide Kitchen.

With 4×4 dual cab utes quickly becoming the vehicle of choice for the modern family, the ARB Slide Kitchen will make touring a whole lot easier. It can also be fitted to a custom camper trailer or a service body.

Priced from $2795, this slide-out kitchen can be retro-fitted to an ARB Outback Solutions drawer or purchased as a complete unit. And if you don’t want to run a kitchen fulltime you can purchase an extra-cost drawer that can be swapped in for the kitchen.

The Slide Kitchen measures 1355mm (L) x 505mm (W) x 310mm (H). It includes a three burner gas stove with flame-out technology that will kill the gas if the flame blows out or the lid is closed on the stove. The stove is tempered glass and acts as a splashback when the stove is being used.

There’s also a 12L sink which is made from silicone and can be collapsed. It features a plug and can double as a drying rack and there’s even a utensils holder. The sink once collapsed can be stored in the utensils drawer.

The slide-out kitchen boasts 1250mm of kitchen-grade stainless steel benchtop and can hold 30kg of weight. There’s an auto lock to prevent the drawer from closing itself while you’re using it.

The ARB Kitchen Slide will be available from January 2021. Let us know what you think, does a slide-out kitchen like this make sense?
